Vega Mancha

Vega Mancha is an artisanal cheese brand from Sotuélamos in Albacete, Spain, rooted in the cheesemaking traditions of La Mancha. Its cheeses are made from Manchega sheep’s milk, produced by sheep grazing on the wild vegetation of the region’s dry, rugged landscape.

The unique climate and natural diet give the milk — and the cheeses made from it — a distinctive richness and depth of flavour. Each cheese is then matured slowly to bring out the natural character and texture of the milk.
