Manchego DOP Aged Cheese is made from Manchega sheep’s milk and aged for 12 months, developing a sharper, more intense flavour and a firm, crumbly texture. The longest-aged cheese in the range, it has a deep, mature character that pairs beautifully with fresh and dried fruits, nuts and wine.
