Founded in 1996, De Raza Ibérico is one of Spain's leading producers of fresh and cured Iberian pork. With one selection centre, five Iberian pig farms, and 65 estates across Castile-La Mancha, the company raises over 12,000 acorn-fed Iberian pigs a year under strict Spanish quality regulations.
