Winnerfish is a Spanish seafood company specialising in 100% all-natural octopus sourced from the Atlantic Ocean. Its quality has been recognised with a Superior Taste Award 2024 from the International Taste Institute, judged by a panel of chefs and sommeliers.

The octopus is gently cooked in its own juices, with cooking time adapted to each size for the right texture and flavour. It then rests at 0–4°C for 48–72 hours, allowing the texture and flavour to develop further. Each piece is hand-selected and cut by experienced professionals, then pasteurised and sealed to preserve its quality and freshness.
