Montesinos

Montesinos began in 1978 as a small cheese factory in Jumilla, southeastern Spain. Over the years, it grew into a specialist producer, with its dairy in Murcia dedicated mainly to goat cheese and fresh cheese. The company is part of the Lafuente Group, a Spanish family-owned dairy group with a long history in cheesemaking.

Goat cheese remains one of Montesinos' main specialties: naturally fresh and slightly tangy, with delicate lactic notes that can develop into a deeper, nuttier flavour as the cheese matures.
