Les Fermiers Landais

In the pine forests of Southwest France, Les Fermiers Landais raises its poultry in complete freedom. During the day, the birds roam and forage outdoors before returning each evening to their distinctive mobile wooden henhouses, known as Marensines — a tradition unique to the region.

Raised for at least 81 days on a 100% plant-based diet, the chickens mature at a slower, more natural pace. Their active outdoor lifestyle and steady growth develop firm, juicy meat with a clean, natural flavour, delicate texture, and skin that crisps beautifully when cooked.
