More than 30 years ago, friends John Norton and Joe Donovan began walking the working wharves of Maine, buying the day's best catch directly from local fishermen. Today, Cozy Harbor Seafood is Maine's largest lobster processor, but its philosophy remains unchanged: work directly with Maine lobstermen, process every catch close to where it is landed, and support local fishing communities.
